Are you forgetting the Southern California coastal communities such as Pacific Palisades, Palos Verdes, Laguna, Laguna Niguel, La Jolla, et cetera? Population of counties and some cities in them: dof.ca.gov Of those towns you mention, only Beverly Hills is large enough to show up in that list. I'll rest my case.
