That kind of reports in 1960s would be a serious matter, when US was in control of itself. After 1970s or 80s, those US officials got caught for serving the other flag, but came back to the more powerful positions soon after, that kind of reports became a joke. Nowadays, we are in the era of "The cause of Israel is the cause of America”. The top level US politicians swear and act loyalty to Israel all the time(whom FBI is loyal to and controlled by who these days then?). I don't see Israel need to worry about the intel from US government or worry about being caught because of getting the information. Is there a real investigation going on? What do you expect for the result of the investigation? The report here by the corporate media is just a fuss and perhaps with a propaganda agenda, I suspect.
