Bush is the worst foreign policy president in history. After 9-11 (which he allowed to happen) we had the greatest-ever cooperation globally to do whatever needed to be done to win the war on terror. Instead, Bush dishonestly sidetracked us after a quickie in and out in Afghanistan to pursue the neocon-Big Oil-Israeli goal of basically taking over the middle east. Lies, little diplomacy, poor planning and taking the great risk of getting us into an Arab Vietnam. Bush is now the least trusted andmost unpopular American leader in modern history around the world, and for good reason.
