But here it is. It explains my earlier post re: Post 3770, Lehman's pseudo-citation. To:Thomas A Watson who wrote (612569) From: Andrew N. Cothran Saturday, Aug 28, 2004 12:48 PM Respond to of 612583 I remember the last time I was in Cambodia. I forget the year. Nixon was president, I think. Or was it Johnson. I was hiding behind a Cambodian Christmas tree drinking an imported margarita from Cancun. I looked out from behind my Christmas tree and saw this little boat. I think it was called a swift boat. It was bobbing and weaving in the shallows as if it was lost. A tall lanky sailor was at the helm, yelling at his crew: "Where are we? Where in the hell are we anyway?" he cried. The crew sat there, completely immobilized. They acted as if they didn't have a clue. Then I heard one of them reply: "Skipper, Sir. I think we just crossed over from Vietnamese waters into Cambodian waters." Then the skipper looked about for a landing spot. He apparently had some kind of secret message or secret person that he was supposed to deliver. Then he spotted my Christmas tree and zeroed in on it as if it was a harbor buoy. I took my margarita and skedaddled. I wasn't about to be caught by a skinny looking guy who didn't even know where he was. Just as I disappeared over the next hill, I looked back. And what do you know: Before my wandering eyes their appeared, a little old man and eight tiny reindeer. Then it was that I really knew that it was Christmas, and that I was in Cambodia. Because that's what I heard those sailors say on that little boat. And that's what Santa Claus confirmed as he tossed me my Christmas presents.
