I am not sure who has whom surrounded.

It is still confusing. What I can piece together is:

1)Sistani is back in the Mosque and in control of it.

2) We are still in the town, rounding up and shooting bad guys.

3) The Bagdad Government is not ready to go after the Sunni's in the Triangle yet.

4) I am beginning to develop a faint understanding of Saddam.:>)

5) There is no way any Government that they install would want us to leave.
