Yeah, it was the first link that made me realize I've got a lot of reading to do. I had pretty much decided that neither major party had a candidate I could support. I'll read through this material and maybe be back later.

Well, thanks for the links. I've read through the information available there. I've been reading daily from web logs both pro and con toward Senator Kerry. I've read a number of chapters of the Swift Boat Vets' book, to get that view. I've also read excerpts from Tour of Duty.

I think I've got a pretty good idea about Senator Kerry now, and I won't be voting for him. But at least the mystery of how he beat Howard Dean in Iowa has been resolved for me.
