No. SI has always been understandably cautious about publishing lists like "Most Ignored" or "Most Banned", since some users would overtly attempt to achieve a high ranking in those categories. Likewise, making that information available on the individual level would likely spawn incidents that would not occur otherwise. After the dust settles on the new system, we'll certainly make some more (generic) statistical information available.
