it was the Americans that disrupted the status quo which has led to this inferno.

Those damn Americans are at it again. First in Boston, now in NYC. I wish they would stop. I think I'll move to Canada.

AH! A confession.

Come on down, we got the cuffs waiting for you.

The likes of you should never have been inflicted on good Canadians.

Ralphie, you, like your man, John -- "I'm a Viet Nam Veteran Don't You Know" -- Kerry, need to stop living in the past.

This is not 1969 or 1970 Dude!

As for

Believe me, New York will easily survive a couple of days of chaos.

If an Al Queda dirty bomb goes off in NYC this week, we can blame the protestors who diverted police attention.

This is not 1970 anymore Ralph, it's a new deal. There are people out there who want to kill you and me, just because we're Americans. These bozos who are demonstrating in NYC don't seem to get that part of it, as you don't.

dang you got a big old head on you! Ego city.

I was an anti-war activist and march organizer in California in the '60s and had it not been for violence at Century City the Vietnam War may not have ended as fast as it did. I take a small measure of personal responsibility for the downfall of LBJ

by our huge protest which thanks to police impatience turned very violent. Rich residents of Beverly Hills didn't appreciate their kids being beaten up by the L.A. gestapo motorcycle squads

I love the way you cast all problems caused by your protest onto the police. Further I love the adjectives you choose to use to describe the police. You're innocent right?

Bush better remember this incident and keep his NY police reigned in because any deaths of major injuries will properly backfire on him. His best advice is let it happen and ride it out. Stress is resisting what is.

His NY Cops, eh? Already trying to place blame on Bush? If those jerks in the streets riot and loot and cause chaos. I hope chaos reigns down on them in the forms of drastic crowd control. Water hoses, rubber bullets, bean bags, stink bombs, arrests. That's what I think "innocent" protestors deserve when they start carting off goods paid for by law abiding business owners.

Vioenece is the ONLY language that Americans understand and thus it appears to be written that there will be violence at the convention. This is no excuse to limit peoples freedom of speech.

Idiotic statement. I don't know what thread you crawled over here from, but ooze on back over there.
