Was Rwanda a threat to us? No, and no one went in to help
the people being slaughtered.
Was Kosovo or Bosnia a threat to us?
No, but we did the right thing by going in.

As far domino theory, that was real, communism was spreading. So our action may have stalled it.

However even if the war went badly, that does not mean
are action did not have merit. Or that we should stay
in fortress America.
