Chilling to see Robert McNamara confess all his lies and sins. He proves exactly what Kerry said in the 1971 congressional testimony. Kerry was so honest it infuriated the rightwing.

The Communists under Stalin have killed many Jewish
people. Our concern of them imo was valid.

I see a distinction between a cultures of freedom
and democracy, and repression and tyrany.

We did support a lesser of 2 evils in many cases, which I do think weakened our moral position. I believe our foreign policy is now taking the higher road.
