Kerry may dump the pooch in the ocean like he did with the kid's hamster in order to arrange an heroic rescue. He might even claim he was under fire while rescuing Rover.

PS one gratuitous insult deserves another.

Kerry would be a more reliable dog walker. If the dog got into a conflict with another dog, Kerry would remove him from harm's way.

Bush would say he'd walked the dog, but no one would have seen him walking the dog. And he would be off somewhere doing blow and drinking Jack Daniels.

can you imagine asking FDR, Eisenhhower, JFK, Johnson or Nixon to walk your dog?

FDR couldn't walk.

Ike would have Mamie do it.

JFK would screw the pooch.

Johnson would hoist your dog by the ears.

Nixon would keep your dog and name it Checkers!
