I maintain Bush was NOT a jet fighter pilot and quit before he actually flew ANY jet solo. Yet he continually poses as a jet fighter pilot and even claimed "I flew it!" when he was landed on the aircraft carrier bhy two expert pilots. He had certain cronies praise him for his training but no one has ever witnessed him flying solo except when he failed to fly a Cessna in 1976. This is not an honest man. He has also continually lied about his service or lack thereof. The fact he went AWOL is not as bad as the fact that he cannot tell us where he was or admit what he did. That goes to character.
