McCain has fought Bush more than anyone in the last four years. He single-handedly forced him to sign campaign finance reform and defeated his energy bill, spending bill and gay marriage ban. McCain called Bush 'corrupt", and irrepsonsible for all his spending "like a drunken sailor" and gave his last State of the Union a poor grade. McCain is a party loyalist but privately the man cannot stand Bush and for good reason. Bush ran the same smear campaign against him in 2000 as he's doing now to Kerry. But it was egven worse because it attacked his wife and baby, not to mention his sanity and patriotism. Kerry and McCain are close friends and trust each other. They have worked out their past diferencesd and now often work closely together as a team. They are the hope for our future, uniting to lead. Bush is not trusted by any moderates or liberals. He is a great divider and charlatan who cheated and used dirty tricks to get into power.
