GOP: Protests are Kerry's fault

The protests have hardly begun, but already the Republican party is blaming John Kerry for the mischief, if not the mayhem, of the days to come.

Whether it is the communists, the anarchists or some more traditional liberal group that causes trouble, they all represent the face of the Democratic party, Republican officials maintain.
