It's doubtful. Like this year, I believe he just makes SALABLE numbers, like other carnival-barker public "pollsters"...

Like I said, Zogby has never ever accurately predicted the results of a Presidential election. Presidents are not determined based on popular vote. Didn't they teach you basic constitution in 8th grade or was the NEA too busy wasting half the school year explaining why Johnny has two daddies.
