Well the problem with unions is that they are completely unable to demonstrate that their products and services are somehow superior to everybody else's products and services. Every product or service has a specification or statment of work that must be met to the letter. Anybody including non union labor is completely capable of meeting the specifications. My proof? Unions don't kick people out for not having superior skills. They kick people out for not paying their union dues. I'm sorry but paying union dues HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK ONE CAN PROVIDE.
