Fiddle-de-de. None dead here in the US. I hate that our boys have died as much as anyone. Had Clinton done the job Bush would have done (and the job Reagan would definitely have done), many would be alive today. Gasoline has risen in price because demand in China and Japan has increased. Period. Quit trying to blame that on us, you hate-America type. The environment? I love the environment probably more than you do, but I don't have the extreme hubris in claiming to know more than Mother Earth knows in managing this planet for billions of years.
