I like that haiku I like peach pie, also I made one tonight ...and it's in the kitchen cooling right now. We've gotten bad peaches at the grocery store this year, but great ones at the farmer's market, so except when we were on the West Coast, we've gone to the market every Sunday. That story is true, except for two things. It was the farmer's daughter who died, not his son. And his wife wasn't asleep in the truck, she was just sitting on the end of the flat bed with her legs hanging over with a blank look on her face. Those poor people. They had raised a very smart daughter who was going to NYU Law School on a full scholarship.
