I would have had a little respect for Kerry if he was honest and said
"I volunteered, but then I decided I wanted out so I grabbed any purple heart I could get. So now I will campaign against all wars, because no one should ever die no matter who dies somewhere else. After all, dictators, Communists, and terrorists are just people who need a little sensitivity."

LIAR or misinformed.
Kerry never criticized "all soldiers" he stated some soldiers had told him personally about atrocities they had commited and Kerry admitted his unit too had committed some. That's just honesty. And no reflection of the 99% of other troops. This is just a big rightwing lie.

Kerry was in Cambodia 3-4 times. That took balls of steel.
It was part of his duty. While Bush was busy going AWOL.

Kerry had two minor wounds. So what? When did he ever claim they weren't minor? And they were in battle. Therefore they are automatically Purple Hearts unless someone can prove the wound was not "in action". Kerry's battle wounds are backed up in all three cases, though one was admittedly no big deal. That was the first one so it didn't affect him going home.

Get your facts straight.
