It is certainly quiet on the NK/nuke front, isn't it? The NK's are calling Bush every name in the book, and publicly longing for the election of Kerry.

I'm sure the NK crowd is working cheerfully away on their nuke program, hoping sooner or later they can pretend to abandon it in return for some favors. That's more likely to happen with Kerry, but either way the nuke program will continue. We have no way to stop it, and by all appearances, Bush has quietly accepted that. Hard to declare that you will not tolerate what you have no way to prevent. For all practical purposes it's fait accomplii.
