this is why i asked for the supporting documents on loppy's Silver Star. there were too many rumors floating around about the vc he killed..... if it is a fact that he killed a cowering vc who had lowered his weapon and fled and was trying to hide then he in fact was executed. if this is true loppy should have been courts-martialed.

the supporting documents for his Silver Star should be made public so the real truth can be known.....
