this is no argument.... just questions.... who besides loppy left Viet-Nam with 4 months in-country and got credit for a 12 month tour? remember there were 2,500,000 military who served normal tours. what kind of a person is jacking around with the citations on an award almost a dozen years after the fact? why won't this person allow the supporting documents to be made public? did he execute a vc who should have possibly been taken captive? make the supporting documents public and these questions can be answered.....
