No. I don't think eugenics has anything to do with this. I don't know why you would infer that it does.

All aborted fetuses would have become a drain on society or even criminals?

Or why you would resort to such hyperbole.

Serious questions warrant serious replies...

Do you disagree with my assumption that wanted and afforded children are more likely to become productive members of society than unwanted, unafforded ones and that if you increase the numbers of unwanted ones you will have greater societal problems that will need to be dealt with?
