U.S. stocks were moving lower in muted trade midday Monday amid profit warnings from Tyson Foods and Accredo Health and data that showed the slowest growth in personal income in two years.

I can't see how we can have a bull market in this climate. Maybe the thing to do when the vxn spikes is to sell short, I don't know.
