I'm coming in here late, but I thought your case involved a patient who was allowed to believe he had AIDS when he did not. How would this mistake cause pain? Or disability?

Are these terms the lawyers just throw in for boilerplate?

Nope: EVERY judge is Josif Stalin waiting to be turned loose. Every lawyer is a subhuman barbarian trying to pillage the land.

"Punitive" damages is an illegal seizure of private property that should not be within the power of these Stalins.

The collapse of our tort system has proven that over the last two decades. It has also perverted our values, misallocated our resources, diluted our ideals, distorted the distribution of power, and created unintended tyranny of the coercive power of the state.

Given these proven consequences it is not only essential that this power be taken back from the unaccountable judiciary, it is critical that it be taken back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE-before we are consumed by the tort law cancer we have allowed to fester within...
