I think Kerry should begin to refer to Bush and Cheney as cowards and liars in his speeches.

Yep, the debates will decide it. Kerry may be the best debater on the planet so advantage Kerry there. Kerry also has the truth on his side and can publicly admonish Bush to his face for all his lies and failures.
