I have two words for you - Mission Accomplished! That showed the real Bush. A posing, lying PR stunt frontman using our military to try and wrap himself in the flag. Not only was he dishonest about the war and wrong about the aftermath but he was never a real fighter pilot and lied when he said he flew the plane onto the deck. Character counts and Bush may be a mean cheerleader for the right but he doesn't have basic honesty. His AWOl status also shows what his real patriotism is all about when push comes to shove. He and all other top rightwing leaders avoided the draft at the time.
