next time they have a homely dog pic contest i am submitting loppy's pic. i will enter it in the chinese sharpei look alike.... he's a shoe in... hopefully, for the good of the country, he will see Dr. Botox this week. people around the world think President Bush is taking advantage of the mentally ill when they see pics of loppy with his heinous mug.... who appears to be on weekend pass from the local mental institution... Botox does help a bit....
