Ted, Willis knew exactly what he was doing; he was hoping he wouldn't get caught. You don't have to be an environmentalist to know that dumping ten tons of fill in a river is verbotem.

You accused Bruce Willis of hypocrisy, but that would only make sense if he actually pretended to be an environmentalist.

So the only thing he's guilty of is landscaping over lands he didn't know was regulated. Or you think he should have known? Kind of like someone speeding through a residential street at 60 MPH, then claiming he didn't see any speed limit sign?
