No, I gave my take on the oil. It is about trying to gain stability in the region. Sort of a domino affect from our side. Saddam did give $34 million to Palestinian terrorists. Saddams pattern was obtaining nukes, Clinton even accidently bombed his centrifuges. I posted some interesting info from ABC news that listed some Saddams chem programs. I will repost later. With Saddam gone things are definitely better, even Kerry said that. lol

So what's this all about - just oil? Not only OIL but also to eliminate any possible Iraqi resistance to Israel's expansionist plans in Israel. For more than a decade we were told by the spinmeisters that Iraq posed a clear and ongoing threat to its neighbours in general and to Israel in particular. This spin was false. Israel, with nuclear weapons at its disposal, is armed to the teeth and can easily take care of itself with little or no help from the US.
