WRONG. Kerry would have wiped out Al Qaida in Afghanistan and keep our troops and CIA there on the job. He would also not be playing footsy with the Saudis and Bin laudens and would not have made Iran and North Korea more paranoid and dangerous. Kerry would have also prevented 9-11, or at least had a fulltime Al Qaida desk on 24/7 watching carefully. That much is clear. Kerry was furious when we let Osama go at Tora Bora. As a former aggressive combat leader he wanted us to go in and finish the job there. We didn't. for some strange reason we called a cease fire, allowing Osama time to escape. Amazing huh? Saddam could have been dealt with after Al Qaida. First things first. Bush attacked the wrong enemy at the wrong time without the right prep and allies.
