Redfish that is a very good plan unless the huricane is a cat 5. If this sucker reaches the big bad cat 5, I would get the f out as fast as I can and far away as a can. What my understanding is most building can handle a cat 4 easy but a 5 your in trouble. Also if you stay make sure you up on high land away from the coast. I have seen storm surges get high as 30 feet(this was a cat 5) and fill swimming pools up with sand, cutting 300 to 500 feet of beach away and ripping cement building apart.
