yesterday Bush said we CANT WIN THE WAR and today he says WE WILL WIN THE WAR. He just totally contradicted himself.

He also just LIED about not cutting veterans benefits. He lied, lied lied to a vets group. Shame on him.

Yes Cheney went for five deferments in a row to avoid combat. Five times. That took a lot of special effort to avoid harm's way and serving his country. He claimed at the time "I have better things to do". He was a known drinker and ne'er do well like GW who wanted to go to law school to avoid the war.
