The email makes NO sense...Kerry and his wife have NOTHING to do with the Heinz company -- none of their family members are on the board of the firm or have any input in how the firm conducts business...Mr. Bush and his Republican controlled CONgress have provided tax credits which reward taking jobs off-shore...Just ask CNN's Lou Dobbs.

There is a big big difference between outsourcing the job ok making ketchup, textiles versus outsourcing jobs which involve intellectual property and security such as one's social security, credit card numbers etc.

Cheaper quality goods capable of demanding a high price is what is at issue. American goods are very much sought after (they are smuggled into other countries). The challenge is how to produce quality goods while at the same time keeping costs down.

But under Bush, we are being told that it is not necessary to strive to be the best. Just shoot for the minimum and spend "the rest of your time having fun at the ranch."
