Russia hit again.
We will have a new major ally in the war against terror.

Isn't it interesting? For so many years Russians claimed that they are at war with terrorists, and everyone laughed at them, considering them self-serving liars. Now we know that in Chechnya, and to a large extent in Aghanistan, they were encountering the very same "international Jihad" guys we fighting now in Iraq.

When apartment buildings were blown up in Moscow, the popular belief was that they did it themselves, to justify the war in Chechnya.

I think what caused a setback in relationships was our enthusiastic bombing of Serbian cities. The Russians didn't like this being done to their friends - over their objections.

Am I the only one who feels the Russian and Israeli bombings are following some sort of timeline to coincide with the convention? And that there are other ones in the pipeline to occur in the following days?

Russia hit again.
