If Israel could not do it themselves, we would finish the pummeling, regardless of President, as the French protest. Thus, it is understood that the scenario would never happen.

The Israeli's probably have a doomsday scenario that includes turning the capitals of countries that work against them into parking lots as well.

Those arming the Iranians should be aware of this and that they have missile subs.
