It's not "The World has changed since 9/11" mantra of the REpub.'s that is accurate. It's the U.S.that has changed since 9/11, no longer are we viewed as a nation that only makes war as a last resort. We're no longer a Nation that is respected around the globe. That is the Bush legacy.
