you can't and won't answer the question, because you don't care if had them or not. Because basically you would rather ignore a problem until it is too late. The inspectors missed the nuke program, until Saddam sons-in-law announced it. Clearly, as Bush uncovered, there was a worldwide underground market in WMD. They found the main merchant in Pakistan and Lybia gave up their weapons. If we hadn't invaded Iraq, Libya would still have weapons. Khadfi himself said he knew of a missing order that was heading from N. Korea to Iraq. And there is an intercept were Saddam was trying to reach North Korea on a weapon delivery. He said don't send it because he said they were being watched. Unfortunately, the public has not been told all of the info that shows how much more serious this is. I think there some concern not to spook the public and the markets.
