John, are you asking why the terrorists care about the head scarf ban in French schools? If so, the head scarf has a religious connotation with Muslims. The Koran probably directed that women should keep completely covered. The French school code forbids any head covering...why should anyone be exempt? That's the reason the American judge was wrong in his ruling that permitted a Muslim woman to wear her scarf in a driver's license photo. If it's a nation-wide or state-wide rule, everyone should follow it.
