Tracking rules for Hurricanes
1 Hurricanes can stop, sit in the same spot for days and turn around and head in a different direction.
2. Also hurricanes can shift their course quickly causing their final landing point to be serveral hundred miles from where the guru tracker think it should land.
3. In other words there are no set rules for a hurricane to follow.
