you know different from the guy who pays .001 on discounted free shares that they post about on message boards like this thinking they bought legally

just as long as they are not S8 or 504 shares..u cannot hypothecate 504 shares and of course weeeeeeeeeeeee all about rule 17b and using S8 stock for promo and financing.
