LOL. Trial lawyers defend wronged people. You can't get one unless you have a very strong case. We need them. You'd need one if you got malpracticed on. That said, some common sense tort reform is fine, as well as infurance reform, but the real fault is with bad doctors. Kerry can fix this and will. The real crime against our health care system is Bush's huge hgiveaways to the drug companies and HMO's, hundreds of bilions worth, many-many times more than all the lawsuits in the world could cost us.
