Arnold spoke at the convention both like a Democrat as well as a Republican. he spoke like a Democrat when he invoked the word "Hope". he spoke like a Republican when he stretched that word and said hope is useless without action. The word of the sages says that Hope is the root cause of action. YOu cannot have action if you do not have hope.
