WE CANNOT WIN says Bush. Quit denying Bush didn't say what he said. He meant it. doesn't matter how many times he denjies it now, we heard him say it very clearly and he meant it when he said it. Only afterward did his advisors coach him. And who cares if Rush Limbaugh forgives him, Rush is a tool of the RNC. he is just a rightwing propagandist.
