Kerry is a lifelong hunter, weapons owner, marksman and war hero. He's not about to limit anything but assault rifles which should not be allowed in private hands, otherwise someday we could turn into Iraq or Pakistan.

My opinion on gun control is similar to my beliefs on abortion....some restrictions should apply for both issues. One size does not fit all situations. As usual a common sense approach would be more effective than a blanket license for or ban on either issue.
