you missed the point those were "wars" that were waged and they were not won, and probably never be won. Terrorism will now and always be around. Anyone at anytime can decide to blow themselves up and kill hundreds. Bin Laden showed the world how to kill thousands. Next expect 10x that many. Here is an example, say you got dumped by your spouse and decided you wanted get even with the world. You easily could find a truck and fertilizer and blow a building and kill hundreds. How would Kerry stop you? Terrorism is here to stay - get it through your head.
