The reason the California treasury as well the treasuries of other States are bankrupt is the economy. The economy has provided the needed revenue for the building and repair of roads, bridges etc. So it is upto President Kerry to build a strong economy, to stem the tide of the flow of jobs overseas.

What competition are they talking about in the software industry. That is no justification since the US holds the monopoly in software and hardware. I can understand the shipping of jobs overseas for the manufacture of ketchup and textiles. But not in a monopoly industry such as computers, hardware, aircraft design and manufacture etc.

The American people will, in the next 60 days realize that there are more pressing issues beyond what Kerry did when he came back from the war. They will realize that they need for President like Kerry, someone who is prepared to take on issues that matter to Americans. While Bush avoided and dodged issues by joining the Guards, Kerry took it head on by signing up for Vietnam and taking the battle right to the the enemy in the Mekong Delta. That is what Americans will say needs to be their President.

Arnold does not wish to discuss that $15 Billion debt which California just incurred.
