The administration told Congress that the prescription drug bill was going to cost $400 billion, when it KNEW it was going to cost closer to $600 billion and gagged the actuary who wanted to tell that to Congress.

Please tell me who is responsible for this? You *DO* understand there is something called CBO, right? And that they are responsible for developing numbers SPECIFICALLY for Congress? Congress is not SUPPOSED to be taking ANYONE's word for ANYTHING. THEY ARE CONGRESS. THEY ARE THE LAWMAKERS. Crap.
