Hi Tejek, remember our conversation where we both felt America is much too quick to drug up its children, and that ADHD could be in part due to a lack of outdoor activity?

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Parents may find some help for their children's ADHD symptoms by going back to nature, new research suggests.

Based on my own personal experiences, I think green spaces
quell the kids symptoms because they feel safer.......there is less stress. I am convinced that stress causes these kids to suffer from chronic hyperventilation, activating the body's Fight or Flight response. F or F is prompted by a drop in the body's CO2 level. Chronic hyperventilation causes the body's CO2 level to drop.

Most of the kids I observed who were diagnosed ADHD manifested the symptoms of F or F.
