It is common knowledge that the biggest contribution to the swift boat vets 527 is $100,000 that came from Texas developer Bob Perry. A republican supporter. IMO the campaign has served it's purpose: giving the candidates an excuse not to talk about the real issues facing America right now. Kerry took a stand against the war. That's what this is really about. Why don't they just come right out and say it, as opposed to quibbling over the details of some long ago incident that have no relevance to today's problems.
